Yvoire

Yesterday afternoon we set out with a few guests for the medieval village of Yvoire on Lake Geneva (we managed to squeeze in a stop to get some fabulous salted caramel crepes and hot chocolate too!) We highly recommend a visit to this quaint little village to anyone who fancies a bit of culture or just something different on their trip to the mountains. The cobbled streets and medieval architecture are especially beautiful in spring and summer, and it’s only a 40 min drive from our chalet.
